regards to training new employees?
Finding the Root
I. Each person needs a different set of tools to succeed.
II. NO TWO PEOPLE LEARN THE SAME WAY

1. Handbooks + TS experience are a solid foundation.
2. Let’s take this a step further → add VISUAL component.
What sparked this idea?
A. I know what helps me, but what do others need?
B. Something is missing – a visual method for teaching.
C. All types of learners are accommodated.
D. Training video is a modern technique
End Results
1. Having choices is GREAT!
2. Prepared for unexpected challenges of the road.
3. Ignorance is not an excuse – with multiple ways to
absorb information, everyone will be familiar with their
teammates’ jobs.
4. Become a T.E.A.M. and a fine-tuned dance competition
machine!
