1. Attend project team meetings, and take notes on available project 
outlines/resource materials/HR requirements/budgetary details etc.

8. Manage discipline within the team and check on necessary HR hiring and 
termination related decisions. 
9. Schedule/organize necessary meeting, set up agendas, communicate 
meeting schedules, and book meeting/conference halls. 
10. Keep liaison with vendors, publicists, media and other stakeholders etc.
Key job qualifications for project assistant 
1. Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience, or equivalent 
2. Ability to assess priorities and operate in a flexible manner in order 
to meet the dynamic needs of the team 
3. Strong analytic and communication (oral and written) skills 
necessary to interact with all levels of management 
4. Attention to and precision with detail, comfort with financial data. 
5. Ability to work independently and process quickly, independently 
prioritizing work activities 
6. Demonstrated experience in using computer-based tools including 
electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and database products
