He holds a PhD in economic independence and social inclusion of persons with disabilities. Dr. Bhose has authored books and published videos on NGO management. Throughout his career, he has enabled over 120,000 families to achieve livelihoods and addressed poverty issues. Academic Awards: He is excellent in both academic and co-curricular/extracurricular activities
and secured several First prizes and awards in Elocution, Essay Writing etc. He stood college First
in PUC, secured First Rank with Distinction, in M.Phil and obtained First Rank in national level
in the one year course on Communication and Fund Raising Management, at MCAS Bangalore.
He is an Orator, Singer and Musician and he secured the College Cultural Prince Award during
his PG Study for his multi-talented versatilities. He also secured the position of College Champion
in javelin throw and winner in Kabaddi during his studies. He has composed a few prayer songs
Professional Awards: He received four wards from Govt. of Andhra Pradesh for his
professional excellence and outstanding performance in Social Service, one award from Y’s Men
Club Machilipatnam in appreciation of promoting a community model health center, one Best
NGO award in the National level from ICICI for arranging credit worth of Rs.45 crores and
creating livelihood opportunities for 30000 women under this single program.
2. Research : Conducted more than 100 socio economic studies/ surveys/PRAs/case studies,
impact studies with special reference to Women Development, Children, Rural Development
livelihood etc. etc.
Carried out a labour market survey to identify the employable and marketable skills and
impart the same to adolescent children. (ILO Project). The study was carried out in 5 districts
of Tamil Nadu. In appreciation of his work, he was deputed by ILO - New Delhi as a Consultant
to Madhya Pradesh (MP) to guide and monitor the INDUS ILO Project in five of the Districts of
MP. Accordingly, he extended his consultancy services to the 5 district collectors and INDUS ILO
team to successfully complete the research study within the stipulated time which benefitted 10000
adolescent children.
Reformative Efforts: He introduced the culture of inviting widows who were deemed
inauspicious to light the lamp (Kuthu Vilakku) in important events, functions and ceremonies.
Training : 1000 disadvantaged youth were trained and placed in reputed firms in collaboration
with Reddy’s Foundation, icici Academy and CED Tamil Nadu.

Teaching NGO management at Universities for MBA and NGO management students as well as
for senior NGO executives
Imparted training to more than 600 NGOs on participatory development.
One of the trained consultants of APAC Chennai. Invited by the Govt. of Nagaland through their
SACS to train NGOs. Visited Kohima and trained 40 NGOs.
One of the trained consultants of Entrepreneurship promotion under Tamil Nadu Women
Development Corporation
Visited Bangladesh for experience sharing on Micro Credit and Disaster Management
Development Contributions: He has also several outstanding indicators to his credit. He has
brought in nearly one lakh women under the forum of Self-help Groups and arranged credit
facilities to a tune of Rs. 150 crores during his career. He has promoted two Mahila Banks, an
indigenous Micro level credit and lending activities by networking the Self Help groups. During
his career. He addressed poverty issues and ensured Livelihood to 1, 20,000 families with
various Income Generating projects. He has formulated and executed specialized projects for
widows, deserted, youth in the slum as well as poor communities in rural areas, transgender, Fisher
folk, Dalith, small farmers, marginalized, disabled and other vulnerable section of the society. He
enabled such ordinary people to achieve extra ordinary things.
Influenced govt. policies and obtained GOs in favour of the poor.
Promoted and facilitated 2 NGO networks.
One lakh trees planted during his career. Also 50000 Palm nuts plantation program was
designed and successfully completed to the pleasant appreciation of Govt. of Andhra Pradesh
during the 50th
