• At present I am working as Director, Training & CSR, Centurion University,
Bhubaneswar, Odisha. My multi-tasking job focuses on liaisioning with Government, Non-Government
agencies and officials for CSR, Training, Skill development of youth, developing project proposals etc. I am engaged
in liaisioning with Central Govt, State Govt, Line departments in the districts etc. for organizational goals. I work from
Office of the President, Forest Park, Bhubaneswar.

• JINDAL GROUP – Experience in Corporate Affairs, PR & Government relations, R&R, CSR, Institution

• GOVT OF ODISHA (CLASS 1, Direct Recruit) STATE CIVIL SERVANT - ODISHA FINANCE
SERVICE OFFICER Class 1, OFS class 1, Govt of Odisha (Finance deptt.).This is a Provincial Civil Service
(PCS) Class 1Service. I wanted to make a career in Private organizations since 2012 for self-actualisation.
• State Programme Associate, United Nations (UNOPS) - Job responsibility: program
management, Govt affairs management, coordination, documentation, monitoring & evaluation, report writing, data
preparation, coordinating training for effective delivery and quality in Health services etc, develop and maintain
database, liaisoning with state level stakeholders and with national level, planning, capacity building, contribute
towards improvement in health MIS to achieve the goal set by Millennium Development Goal (MDG).
• NRHM, Odisha I documented the First / Maiden annual report of NRHM Orissa
(2007-08) independently as a consultant which was unveiled and applauded by the Hon’ble CM, Orissa
during annual state management review meeting and the report has brought in accolades for its systematic and
indepth state level and field level presentations.
• CARE-INDIA (Orissa) CBDRP–Associate Programme Manager & State
Documentation and Communication Officer (CBDRP) in the DFID-Govt of Orissa
Funded Emergency Cum Livelihood Project. - I also worked as team leader in charge of the
contingent of engineers, agriculturists, monitoring officer, documentation associates and many national/international
consultants in this programme.
• CARE-INDIA (Orissa) CASHE – Programme Officer & State Documentation and
communication Officer (in the microfinance project) Credit and Savings for Household Enterprises
(CASHE)-THIS WAS ENTIRELY A WOMEN SPECIFIC PROGRAM.
In addition to this on behalf of CARE-India I assisted the Deptt of W&CD, Govt of
Odisha:
-To design, outlay, write and edit the quarterly Shakti Samachar, the Newsletter on Women Empowerment,
published by the Department of Women and Child Development, Govt. of Orissa. I became the TEAM
LEADER on financial and technical support from CARE-Orissa in consultation with various stake-holders such as
Secretary, Women and Child Development, Govt. of Orissa, State Director, CARE-Orissa, Bankers and other CEOs
of Development Agencies working for Women Empowerment in the State.
• CARE-INDIA (Orissa) CBDP Programme Management, Documentation and
communication management in the CBDP (Community Based Disaster Preparedness) program.
Additional Responsibilities- Communication, coordination and documentation in Rapid Environmental
Assessment in Disaster study through University of London, CARE-USA etc.

RECONSTRUCTION, REHABILITATION WORKS ETC, (ODMM is a umbrella organization of 50 odd
INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS OF REPUTE And development stakeholders formed in the aftermath of 1999
Orissa super-cyclone).
• Regional Centre for Development Cooperation, RCDC, BHUBANESWAR-Development
Communication consultant- Prepared a 30- page report, supported by RCDC, on the “Role of Panchayats in
drought”. This report, unique of sorts, embodies the explicit and implicit (we have interpreted) role/response of
Panchayats vis-à-vis Gov. programs as envisaged in pre-drought (drought proofing), drought-like and post drought
situations.

RESEARCH & PUBLICATION
- BOOK PUBLISHED - A study on the “Role of media in poverty alleviation” has been published as a book with
title “THE VANISHING POOR”. I worked on the study as the principal researcher. The book is available in the
market. Looking at its quality of research, noted development journalist P.Sainath (Magasasay Awardee for his
famous book “Everybody loves a good drought”) had agreed to include one of his keynote address text in this book
as annexure )
- Prepared the FIRST ANNUAL REPORT of NRHM, Orissa (2007-08) independently as a health sector
consultant.
- Assisted the Orissa NRHM PIP team in the Maternal Health component 2008 & 2009.

PRIs against the backdrop of NTFP issues” has been completed by me independently with support from the
Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA), New Delhi and CYSD, Bhubaneswar.

Apart from the above I have prepared a dozen of documentation volumes independently for INGOs, govt agencies,
International Agencies, Donors as part of development reporting, social communication and rural development
initiatives in various stints. Besides, under my guidance, many social communication and rural development
post graduates under Utkal University of Culture, Bhubaneswar have completed their PG study internship
and prepared reports during course works.
