It can be applied alone or as a base coat under Mx Cool Top, which is a bright white cool roof top coat with an SRI of 109 and coverage of 120 sq ft per coat per liter. Nano Stone Wash is a liquid solution that dissolves and removes salt efflorescence from bricks and stone facades with a coverage depending on the amount of efflorescence present.
