This document provides guidance on setting up a flarenet model including: 1) Gathering necessary input data from PRV datasheets, piping drawings, and relief load compositions from simulators. 2) Preparing utility drawings and design basis information on piping class and relief system constraints. 3) Building the model in Flarenet by inputting basic info, main components, piping, PRVs and creating scenarios. 4) Running model calculations for header sizing, scenarios, depressurization, fire zones, and tailpipe sizing. 5) Checking results for variables, messages, and visual inspection for issues like choking.
