HOW IT WORKS TO PROTECT YOUR
ASSET
• Jockey will maintain pipe
line pressure to the stand
by preset pressure.
• Any pipe line leakage will
drop the pressure, and
initiate Jockey Pump
running to rise the
pipeline pressure.
• In case of pressure drop
due to opening of
sprinkler or hydrant
nozzle, the Jockey Pump
first running to maintain
pipe line pressure, but
this is not a normal
leakage, pressure remain
drop.

HOW IT WORKS TO PROTECT YOUR ASSET :
Pada posisi automatis sistem yang diharapkan adalah sebagai berikut:
Pressure standby adalah 11 BAR (P1) jika pressure turun sampai 9 BAR (P2) maka
secara automatis jockey pump akan running sampai tekanan naik menjadi 11 BAR (P1)
maka jockey pump berhenti automatis.
Ketika jockey pump sedang running tapi pressure turun terus sampai 8 BAR (P) maka
electric pump running sampai pressure kembali normal 11 BAR (P1).
Jika power listrik tidak tersedia dan atau tekanan pada jaringan semakin turun pada 7
BAR (P3) akibat debit air yang digunakan semakin besar maka diesel pump akan running
secara automatis sampai pressure kembali normal.

Or In Case of Controller Failure, Emergency Start Available.
In Case Diesel Engine Fire Pump Fail to Start in Auto or Manual from
Controller, It can be Started using 2(two) EMERGENCY START by any
2(two) of set Batteries Available.

HOW IT WORKS TO PROTECT YOUR ASSET • Jockey will maintain pipe line pressure to the stand by preset pressure. • Any pipe line leakage will drop the pressure, and initiate Jockey Pump running to rise the pipeline pressure. • In case of pressure drop due to opening of sprinkler or hydrant nozzle, the Jockey Pump first running to maintain pipe line pressure, but this is not a normal leakage, pressure remain drop.

HOW IT WORKS TO PROTECT YOUR ASSET : Pada posisi automatis sistem yang diharapkan adalah sebagai berikut: Pressure standby adalah 11 BAR (P1) jika pressure turun sampai 9 BAR (P2) maka secara automatis jockey pump akan running sampai tekanan naik menjadi 11 BAR (P1) maka jockey pump berhenti automatis. Ketika jockey pump sedang running tapi pressure turun terus sampai 8 BAR (P) maka electric pump running sampai pressure kembali normal 11 BAR (P1). Jika power listrik tidak tersedia dan atau tekanan pada jaringan semakin turun pada 7 BAR (P3) akibat debit air yang digunakan semakin besar maka diesel pump akan running secara automatis sampai pressure kembali normal.
