This blog document discusses the planning and filming process for a music video. It describes choosing the song, assessing risks, including a "boyfriend" actor to visually interpret the lyrics, and filming with freestyle dancers, though that footage was ultimately cut. The document also mentions establishing the intended audience and reviewing the first day of filming as new amateurs going through the process to become professionals.
1. This was a memorable blog as it was when we decided what song
we had to do, and I’m glad this was the song chosen as it worked
well and paid off in the end!
2. This blog was necessary and helped as
there were no accidents!
This was before we started filming where we had to asses all the possible risk we could come across while filming.
3. We followed through
with this idea to have
the “boyfriend” in the
video which gave a
better visual
interpretation of the
lyrics.
This idea of freestyle dancers
was filmed and done but once
we started editing it didn't’ go
right with the music or video.
This was one of the first blogs which allowed us to gather our ideas which we wanted to include in our music videos.
4. This blog was for our ideal audience member which
was important as we had to get across who we are
aiming our music to which we think was done
successfully.
5. This was the review of our first day filming where we were just new to the process, it’s funny but also great to see how far
we’ve come, from amateurs to pros.
