5. So do you remember when you were learning how to tie your shoe? Drive a car? Cook dinner? Of course the obvious answerer is correct. It was hard and took time. In Lufkin we have been provided with technology and many efforts have been made to make sure that our district has updated equipment. So can you answer me this? Why are we at the Still Developing mark on our STaR Chart. I think I hold some of the answers. I have been talking with students, Campus and District Administrators, Instructional Specialists and Teachers. Our students are hungry for more. They love getting on the computer and wish it happened all the time. The central office has made sure that the Principals have equipped the schools. The Instructional Specialists are ready and willing to help. The Teachers see the value in technology. So what is the problem?
