BPO Committee Meeting– One meeting will be held or conducted
periodically at the end of each phase or monthly basis. And the meeting might
be called upon at any time whenever required. .

PROJECT PLANNING MEETING
Development Planning Meeting : This meeting will be held at the
beginning of starting working on each module. The project Manager,
Development Team and the core team members Will be attended in the
development planning meeting. So that every member of this project can
understand the objectives of this modules. Outside stakeholders may attend
by invitation of the Project Manager.
During this planning meeting, the project manager has to describes the
highest priority features to the team. Development team have to get a clear
idea what they have to do during this period of time.

Daily Planning Meeting: Meetings are typically held in the same location and at
the same time each day. Ideally, this meeting is held in the morning, as it helps set
the context for the coming day's work. These meetings are strictly time-boxed to
15 minutes. All development team member will take participates this meeting.
Each development team member have to answer three questions. The questions
are as follows:
1. What did you do yesterday?
2. What will you do today?
3. What is blocking progress?

REVIEW MEETING
Review Meeting: At the end of implementing each module, a review meeting
will be held. During this meeting, the development team shows what they
accomplished. Typically, this takes the form of a demo of the features of the
system which they developed during this period of time. All project team will be
present during this session. Development and project manager team will collect
feedback from the core team members about the deliverables.

periodic (after every 10 days) project
status report to the BPO committee.
