6. Process of sending an Email
There are six steps to sending an email:
o After composing a message and hitting send it
to SMTP Server.
o Client communicates with the SMTP server.
o The SMTP server processes the recipient's
email address.

monitor the line physically.
And arises same problem if any problems
occur in BTRC router.

upon Internet are the major sufferer.
Not only the companies but people who uses
internet daily in their life suffers much during
this problem.

The fiber cable might get torn out.
The core of the fiber may break down.
 The cable may get burnt.
The patch cable between the media converter
and server can get damaged.

 The connector is damaged.

• When this problem occurs, service of that
specific user stops.
• For this reason they are incapable of browsing
and mailing.
• Client may become dissatisfy and sometimes

 According to me, we always should have a
backup way.
 A new well protected line should be
introduced so that if the main line is
compromised then the secondary line can do
the job.
 There should be sufficient manpower in the
technical department to identify the source of
the link down and fix it.
