2. INFORMATION ABOUT CLUB MANAGEMENT
There is a general board for the Club management. Our club UCPC also has a board.
The board is divided into below section:

3. CLUB MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Existing System:
In UCPC the system is based on paper documentation. Everything
starting with keeping records, member’s payment history etc
everything is paper based. To know more about the existing system
in other club of other universities, we did a survey. We went to United
International University, Independent University, and Dhaka
University to see what kind of system they use in their club. Each
and every clubs of those universities club management system is
based on paper documentation.
4. Disadvantages of Existing System:
Papers can be easily lost. If the papers are gone
information’s will be gone.
Communication with the members is not easy. Each
and every time we need to inform them by calling. It
is costly.
If someone misses any workshop or program, there
is no way he/she can retrieve it.
5. Objectives and Motivations:
Find out the inconsistency of current system
Make a faster system than the existing one
Analyze costing of current system and also the proposed
one
Design a digitalized database for club
Reduce paper data maintenance hazards
Make a system with some online facilities

8. PROJECT DETAILS
First comes the login page for the UCPC members. If he/she is not a registered
member, then he/she will need to register. In the login page user need to provide
two things:
