Craig Dolan born in Buffalo; NY currently enrolled in Full Sail University
expected graduation date July 06, 2021 tackling challenges in life from
working in the Auto industry to becoming a father. Seeking a chance to
change this and be able to learn and grow to reach the dream of one day
Working with Microsoft. The idea and inspiration were created after leaving
the Factory Industry and taking on the role as Lead Assistant Manager for
Speedway. Seeing the limitations in place with only a high school diploma
refusing to accept this deciding once more after a long year away getting in
touch with school. Shortly after enrolling being offered resources to obtain
more skill sets taking full advantage of this after six months realizing the
Management part of life wasn’t fit for him. After three months of applying
Amazon offered a position in the office excited at the chance to finally turn
things around. Without realizing the challenge awaiting him as his career
work with school was going to force him to make changes and apply him
self even more. Hit bumps in the road at first with making changes to the
increased amount of work both in the office and school this started to mold
into a world of challenges. As a person who thrives on challenges he found
motivation in this and pushed himself till he seen a change grabbing
courses offered from the school to learn more in his field and courses
offered at work. Moving from working as a temporary employee to now full
time the position at Citi was able to offer the chance to learn the skills and
abilities to keep striving forward and adapt to new outcomes. Being able to
learn the workings of the business world and see first hand how this
applies to multiple audiences. Creating a diverse field of experience to
grow and adapt that is who I am learning new things and mastering them to
keeping growing in order to pass my own limits.
