Identity
Craig Dolan born in Buffalo; NY currently enrolled in Full Sail
University expected graduation date July 06, 2021 tackling
challenges in life from working in the Auto industry to becoming
a father. Seeking a chance to change this and be able to learn
and grow to reach the dream of one day Working with Microsoft.
The idea and inspiration were created after leaving the Factory
Industry and taking on the role as Lead Assistant Manager for
Speedway. Seeing the limitations in place with only a high school
diploma refusing to accept this deciding once more after a long
year away getting in touch with school. Shortly after enrolling
being offered resources to obtain more skill sets taking full
advantage of this after six months realizing the Management part
of life wasn’t fit for him. After three months of applying Amazon
offered a position in the office excited at the chance to finally
turn things around. Without realizing the challenge awaiting him
as his career work with school was going to force him to make
changes and apply him self even more. Hit bumps in the road at
first with making changes to the increased amount of work both
in the office and school this started to mold into a world of
challenges. As a person who thrives on challenges he found
motivation in this and pushed himself till he seen a change
grabbing courses offered from the school to learn more in his
field and courses offered at work.

the industry for computers and electronics. A leader
in change with the new mentality of accepting and
growing as a company. Adapting from the old
conservative and narrow mindset the new CEO has
projected a more open and fulfilling company.

Short Term: RIght after graduation I plan on using my degree to
further my position at Amazon.
• Connect with the leadership team and take on a leadership role.
Work on a method to increase customers experience by including a
friendlier approach even in chat room conversations.

Mid Term: (2026)
• Look for more opportunities to expand with Amazon and gain
knowledge and experience with the company. Migrate to other
departments and move from a shift lead position to a general
manager position. Moving upwards within the office.

Long Term: (2036)
• Work towards joining the board of directors or a major role with the
company. Aim at expanding as well simplifying the Customer
Representative experience with the current system. Create an
environment online that is able to flow and offer an ease of access
feel to those both starting and been working with the company long
term.

  • 2. Identity Craig Dolan born in Buffalo; NY currently enrolled in Full Sail University expected graduation date July 06, 2021 tackling challenges in life from working in the Auto industry to becoming a father. Seeking a chance to change this and be able to learn and grow to reach the dream of one day Working with Microsoft. The idea and inspiration were created after leaving the Factory Industry and taking on the role as Lead Assistant Manager for Speedway. Seeing the limitations in place with only a high school diploma refusing to accept this deciding once more after a long year away getting in touch with school. Shortly after enrolling being offered resources to obtain more skill sets taking full advantage of this after six months realizing the Management part of life wasn’t fit for him. After three months of applying Amazon offered a position in the office excited at the chance to finally turn things around. Without realizing the challenge awaiting him as his career work with school was going to force him to make changes and apply him self even more. Hit bumps in the road at first with making changes to the increased amount of work both in the office and school this started to mold into a world of challenges. As a person who thrives on challenges he found motivation in this and pushed himself till he seen a change grabbing courses offered from the school to learn more in his field and courses offered at work.

With 55.1% being Caucasian and 31.9% being Asian these two making up the majority at Microsoft. With 6% Hispanic and 4.1% African American. Psychographics: Being a major role and leader in the industry for computers and electronics. A leader in change with the new mentality of accepting and growing as a company. Adapting from the old conservative and narrow mindset the new CEO has projected a more open and fulfilling company. Ideal Audience Members: Ira Gupta, Head of Hr (Microsoft), Beth Galetti, Hr Chief and former engineer (Amazon), Laszlo Bock Human Resource Director (Google)
  • 5. G O A L S Short Term: RIght after graduation I plan on using my degree to further my position at Amazon. • Connect with the leadership team and take on a leadership role. Work on a method to increase customers experience by including a friendlier approach even in chat room conversations. Mid Term: (2026) • Look for more opportunities to expand with Amazon and gain knowledge and experience with the company. Migrate to other departments and move from a shift lead position to a general manager position. Moving upwards within the office. Long Term: (2036) • Work towards joining the board of directors or a major role with the company. Aim at expanding as well simplifying the Customer Representative experience with the current system. Create an environment online that is able to flow and offer an ease of access feel to those both starting and been working with the company long term.
