Preparation of Effective Slides and Presentation
29 Jun 2023
 Microsoft office is a suitable and modern
technology for communication and presentation.
So that we can present our things easily and
effectively.
 Microsoft office provides following services as,
Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, and Yammer etc.
 Microsoft office Power Point is largely used
office tool for better audio and video visible
presentation to communicate with each other.
 Microsoft office Power Point tool used in research
field for present our ideas in seminars, conferences
and also in submission of progress report as well as in
defense of Ph.D.
 Advantages of Power Point presentation:-
Credibility earn, Ease of adjusting speech, Eye
contact, Natural pace, Precision, Smooth delivery etc.
 The ribbon tabs group tools and features together
based on their purpose. For example, to make your
slides look better, look for options on the Design tab.
The tools that you use to animate things on your slide
would be on the Animations tab
 Use of Home Tab :-
The Home tab holds the Cut and Paste features, Font and
Paragraph options, and what you need to add and organize
slides
 Use of Insert Tab :-
Click Insert Tab to add something to a slide. This
includes pictures, shapes, charts, links, text boxes, video
and more.
 Use of Design Tab :-
Click the Design tab, you can add a theme or color
scheme, or format the slide background.
 Use of Transition Tab :-
Set up how your slides change from one to the next on
the Transitions tab. Find a gallery of the possible
transitions in the Transition to This Slide group –
click More at the side of the gallery to see all of them.
 Use of Animation Tab :-
Use the Animations tab to choreograph the movement of
things on your slides. Note that you can see many
possible animations in the gallery in the Animation group,
and see more of them by clicking More
 Use of Slide Show Tab :-
On the Slide Show tab, set up the way that you want to
show your presentation to others.
 Use of Review Tab :-
The Review tab lets you add comments, run spell-check,
or compare one presentation with another (such as an
earlier version).
 Use of View Tab :-
Views allows you to look at your presentation in different
ways, depending on where you are in the creation or
delivery process.
 Use of Tools Tab :-
When you click some parts of your slides, such as
pictures, shapes, SmartArt or text boxes, you might see a
colorful new tab appear this is Tools Tab.
 Use of Tools Tab :- At one end of the
ribbon is the File tab,
which you use for
the behind-the-
scenes stuff you do
with a file, such as
opening, saving,
sharing, exporting,
printing and
managing your
presentation. Click
the File tab to open a
new view called the
Backstage.
 There are some important points to keep in mind while
presenting thee research by using PowerPoint tool.

X-Ray Diffraction Studies of MgxNi1-xFe2O4 Complex
Synthesized by Co-Precipitation Method

Patan, Maharashtra. India - 415206
FOR EXAMPLE
Abstract - The study of metal oxides of MgxNi1-xFe2O4 complex using X-
ray. Metal oxides is a chemical compound that contains at least one oxygen atom
attached to metal element in its chemical formula Metal oxides typically contain
an anion of oxygen in oxidation state. Most of the Earth’s crust consist of solid
oxides the result of element oxidized by the oxygen in air or in water. Generally
metal oxides consist of two or more elements oxides in air or in water to form
metal oxides. A ferrite is formed by the reaction of ferric oxide with any of a
number of other metals including, Mg, Al, Mn, Cu, Ni, Co or Iron (Fe) itself.
Metal oxides forms with composition of Metal and oxygen generally metal oxide
are Mg0, Fe2O, Etc. MgxNi1-xFe2O4 complex synthesized by co-precipitation
method and Analysis of complex by X-ray emission spectrum produces
qualitative results about the elemental composition of the specimen. Complex
classified into Normal spinel ferrites, Inverse spinel ferrites, Random spinel
ferrites.
Key Words - X-ray. Co-Precipitation, metal oxide, spinel

  • 19. Abstract - The study of metal oxides of MgxNi1-xFe2O4 complex using X- ray. Metal oxides is a chemical compound that contains at least one oxygen atom attached to metal element in its chemical formula Metal oxides typically contain an anion of oxygen in oxidation state. Most of the Earth’s crust consist of solid oxides the result of element oxidized by the oxygen in air or in water. Generally metal oxides consist of two or more elements oxides in air or in water to form metal oxides. A ferrite is formed by the reaction of ferric oxide with any of a number of other metals including, Mg, Al, Mn, Cu, Ni, Co or Iron (Fe) itself. Metal oxides forms with composition of Metal and oxygen generally metal oxide are Mg0, Fe2O, Etc. MgxNi1-xFe2O4 complex synthesized by co-precipitation method and Analysis of complex by X-ray emission spectrum produces qualitative results about the elemental composition of the specimen. Complex classified into Normal spinel ferrites, Inverse spinel ferrites, Random spinel ferrites. Key Words - X-ray. Co-Precipitation, metal oxide, spinel FOR EXAMPLE
