Premiere Pro was the main software used to edit the trailer. It allowed cuts, transitions, titles, and effects to be added to make the trailer look professional. Features like adjusting the editing pace and smooth transitions between cuts enhanced the quality. Using Premiere Pro rather than simpler software like iMovie improved the chance of creating a high quality final product. 2. • The main editing software used for our trailer was Premiere
Pro. This was where we made most of the cuts, transitions,
titles, effects etc. Using Premiere Pro was fairly
straightforward and allowed us to make our trailer look quite
professional due to being able to create features such as an
increase in editing pace and a smooth transition between
cuts. Using Premiere over simpler software such as iMovie
gave us a much better chance of creating a product of high
quality. Within this PowerPoint, you can see the basics of
Premiere and some of the features we used.

7. As well as editing our footage
in Premiere, we could also
add titles such as the name
“Sicarius” and also the
director and other titles to
help create the trailer.
Here you can see how we
added titles. There were
many editing decisions to
make with the titles such as
font size and style. We
eventually decided to have
black text on a white
background inspired by the
trailer of American Sniper.
