 Exports :-
1. Accepting bookings of containers as per customer requirement and providing release orders
accordingly by co-coordinating with MT yard for releasing empty containers to the customer and
following up with the port to gate in the full containers. Arranging special requirements for specific
cells: IMO/OOG acceptance, legal permits
2. Following up with customers to submit shipping instructions and ensure that Manifests are done
timely and accurately so that customers and authorities (for instance customs) are receiving
required documents / information as per agreed format and / or deadlines.
3. Handling and managing vessel reconciliation activity and Export Customer service.
4. Ensuring effective rendering of services to enable smooth flow of operations. Identifying scope for
process enhancements for improved services & facilities.
5. Load list finalization and following up for the same ensuring planned containers as per load list on
board and stowage carried out successfully.
6. To ensure that all charges (line and local) are dully and correctly invoiced as from the first time in
order to ensure quality, limited disputed invoices and speeding up the cashing in.
7. Issuing verify/original bills of lading on web.
8. Issuing Certificates as per L/C requirements.
9. Efficiently & closely coordinating with Transshipment and Destination Offices for priority or
connecting the container on time / longstanding follow up.
10. Following up with different ports for change of destination if required by customers and making
necessary arrangements for the same.
11. Submitting customs manifest to US and China as per Customs rule. To analyze and ensure data
entered complies with approved regulations
12. To ensure that all service delivery measurement objectives are met in terms of quality and
deadlines both for imports and exports (invoice, manifest and documentation).
