3. In case of low draft of vessel, arranging for barge operation which includes submission of
Oversight Guarantee, Port Charges, filing of Bill of Entry, co-coordinating with
stevedore/steamer agent, CHA, Customs officials and dock authority for discharging the
material at Sagar.
4. Attending planning meeting for Berthing of vessel at Port.
5. Supervising arrangements for clearance of BOE, Payment of Duty, Payments of Port
Charges and Payments of Licensee Area.
6. Preparation of PD Bonds and PD test bonds.
7. Dispatch Supervision of material from port to factories.
E-Auctions/tenders:
1. Participating in e-procurement through Auctions of various Oil refineries in India and Sale
Tenders of Metal Manufacturing companies.
2. Costing/Pricing for Auctions/Tenders.
3. Submission of Pre-bid EMD, SD, and Material value within stipulated and refund monitoring
immediately.
