2. HANDLING 100% EOU/CSEZ/SEZ/STPI/DTA- ACTIVITES:
 Responsibilities: -
• Handling Of Imports – Coordinate with CHA/Freight Forwarder/Internal Purchase Dept. For import clearance,
(Sending pre-alert to CHA for timely clearance)
• Handling of Export – Coordinate with customers/CHA/Freight Forwarders for export clearance.
• Handling Re-export – Obtaining permission from CSEZ/STPI/Central Excise and coordinate with
customers/CHA/Freight Forwarders for re-export clearance.
• Obtaining permission from Excise/Customs/CSEZ for setup the Export Warehouse/ Manufacturing units
(DTA/EOU)
• Temporary Removal of Goods, Inter Unit Transfer (IUT) and obtaining permission from concern department.
• Local Procurement of goods - Applying for CT3 (Pre-authenticated CT-3) in coordination with our purchase
dept. for timely requirement of materials for manufacturing. After the receipt of material, intimating customs
thru D-3 intimation and forwarding the signed ARE-3’s (RWC’s) to the concern suppliers.
• Co-ordination with CSEZ - for LOP, Green Card, renewal, Obtaining permission for DTA Sale, Destruction of Raw
materials/Capital Goods/Finished Goods
• Coordination with - Customs/Central Excise/CSEZ for Approvals and day to day activities
• Maintaining the Vendor Bills & Send the same to Accounts for Approval.
• Filling of Returns - to Central Excise/CESZ (ER-2, ER-4, ER-5, ER-6, ER-7, QPR, APR)
• Availing the Cenvat Credit - for duty paid procurements & maintain the records (RG23A & RG23C) for monthly
returns
