• Read the affirmations, and believe them in your heart. Remember, we
trust in God’s faithfulness, not in how strong our own faith is. Just a
little mustard-seed amount of faith is more than enough!

• Say the affirmations out loud. Hearing your own voice speak the
words out loud helps you to believe that they are true.
