Sometimes we have to deal with a
though issue, it can be hard to decipher
whether it is truly an objective problem,
or we have subconscious ownership of
it.
This is especially hard since the biggest
challenges in our lives are typically
difficult.
People makes us believe that the other
people are at fault when we experience
these kind of conflicts, that we have

 So as a guidance counselor we are
hear to give you advices on how can
you deal with though issues on your
personality or in your perspective in life.
We will give some solutions or on how
can you express your though times in
your life. If we will look closely, we’ll see
that our actions and reactions are
useful tools, as these two provides
insight into our own perceptions and
can fuel personal growth, maturity and
development.

5. Of course first of all you can burst
out all of pain and emotions, you
can shout, you can cry but always
remember that don’t let anger drives
you.
Try writing down your feelings.
Have a brainstorming session and
write down anything that pops into
your mind.
Share it to your close friends as
much as possible with your family.

be solved?

7. Think carefully before deciding what
to choose. Decide which one is better
for you.
Seek for an advice from your friends,
share your thoughts to your friends
especially to you family.
Strengthen your relationship with
GOD, make him your center of your
life for you to have peace of mind to
solve your internal conflict.
