ghosts made me excited. I grew up in a haunted house and love ghost stories. I have tried to read
romance in the past and I have enjoyed it. Allowing for possibilities such as horror and the fantastic

disclosure, which may block victims of child sexual abuse from successful treatment. Overcoming
these barriers and incorporating multiple methods of treatment can be beneficial for the victim.
Specifically, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and relational cultural play therapy with
additional resources have proven effective in including family support and in defeating the fears of
victims of child sexual abuse.
McPherson, Scribano, and Stevens (2012) defined child sexual abuse as, engaging a child in sexual

cannot give informed consent (p. 27). The number of affected women in the United States is about

has. He is the only one in the story who believes that death will come to everyone. Other people in
society think that death only comes to other people and will not come to them. This is exemplified by
Peter, who feels that this had happened to Ivan Ilych and not to him, and that it should not and could

Porphyria s Lover is a thrilling, and rather unusual love story by Robert Browning, given from a
deranged man s perspective. It is the tale of a man who is so infatuated with Porphyria that he decides
to keep her for himself, as if she was a doll or some type of prize. What makes this poem so
interesting is that the only twisted way he feels he can keep her, is by killing her. The poem uniquely
depicts the separation of social classes, feminism, describes how a man overcomes a rather biased
society, and also uses symbolism to represent the Industrial Revolution which was taking place at the
time. In many of his poems, Browning questions the rights and almost seems to mock the ideas of
what women had to be portray in the Victorian era, this is especially present in his poem Porphyria s
