The cotton wick holds profound significance in Indian culture.
It serves as a symbol of light, purity, and spirituality. Whether
used in lighting traditional oil lamps during festivals like Diwali
or in daily rituals at temples and homes, the cotton wick
represents the illumination of knowledge, the dispelling
of darkness, and the connection between the physical
and spiritual realms
So we have came up with an innovative idea
i.e. Fragranced colored cotton wicks
The innovative fragrant colored cotton wick
is a unique and modern twist on the traditional
plain cotton wick commonly used in
various cultural and religious rituals.
This innovative product combines the beauty
of vibrant colors with delightful fragrances,
enhancing the sensory experience of
traditional ceremonies and rituals.

Manufacturing Process
• Flow of manufacturing process
Selection of Cotton:
High-quality cotton is chosen as the base material for the wicks.
The cotton should be clean and free from impurities.
Coloring:
To create colored wicks, the cotton is dyed using
safe and non-toxic dyes.
The choice of colors depends on the desired
f fragrance and aesthetics.
Fragrance Application:
Fragrance is added to the colored cotton.
This can be done by dipping the cotton
in a scented liquid or by spraying
It with fragrance oils.
The cotton is then left to dry to ensure
the fragrance is absorbed.
Cutting and Sizing: The braided wick is cut into the desired lengths and sizes. This can be done
manually or using machinery to ensure consistency.
Quality Control: The wicks go through quality control checks to ensure they meet the
desired standards. This may include checking for even color distribution, fragrance strength,
and proper sizing samples.
Packaging: The finished fragrant colored cotton wicks are packaged in a way that preserves
their fragrance and prevents them from getting damaged.
Labeling and Branding: Labels and branding materials are added to the packaging,
including information about the fragrance, burning instructions, and safety precautions.
Distribution: The packaged wicks are then ready for distribution to retailers or customers.
