4. • Positive Peace is a true, lasting, and sustainable peace built on justice for
all peoples. Efforts to achieve positive peace emphasize: establishing
peace through world order by supporting international law, compliance
with multilateral treaties, use of international courts, and nonviolent
resolution of disputes, participation in international organizations, trade,
and communication, establishing social equality and justice, economic
equity, ecological balance;
• सकारात्मक शाांर्ि सभी लोगों के र्लए न्याय पर बनी एक सच्ची, थथायी और थथायी शाांर्ि है। सकारात्मक शाांर्ि

root causes of war, violence, and injustice and the conscious
attempt to build a society that reflects these commitments.

• र्कसी भी नागररक के र्लए, शाांर्िपूणि पारथपररक सांबांिों के र्नमािण के र्लए एक नींव के रूप में
सांघर्ि समािान का अभ्यास करना। सकारात्मक शाांर्ि की अविारणा में युद्ध, र्हांसा और
अन्याय के मूल कारणों को समाप्त करना और इन प्रर्िबद्धिाओां को दशािने वाले समाि के

7. Negative peace is defined as a peace without justice. It
is a false sense of “peace” that often comes at the cost
of justice. In a negative peace situation, it may not see
conflict out in the open, but the tension is boiling just
beneath the surface because the conflict was never
reconciled.
नकारात्मक शाांर्ि को न्याय के र्बना शाांर्ि के रूप में पररभार्र्ि र्कया गया है। यह
