Islam, Christian, and Judaism are the main religions in Israel. The problem of discrimination against women hasn’t been solved completely, but it has improved a lot from the passed few years. During the passed few years the religions have take a big role of the equality.<br />The discrimination against women as a result of cultural beliefs has been truly respected. For protection of women right, Israel has decided to set the prevention of equality of two genders. It was successfully passed from the process of setting the prevention of the sexual equality since 1948. At the same time they also announced the provision of no matter your religion, race, and sex everyone should be equally treated. Even though the prevention was successfully made, but there are a few Israeli still treat women not equally as men. A very few Israeli still thinks men should submit women, because god has made men superior, a good women should quietly support and listen to men. <br />“Committee on the Status of women” has been working very hard for many years to protect right for women. In 1993, the goal of equality for women was still not achieved. For women right, the committee brought up the points of women discrimination, the violence to women, education for women events, and some other issues women have. The first female speaker appeared in May 2006 for the Knesset.<br />
