 Nepal has a federal democratic political system.
 A Government is a body with the power to make and inforce, laws
to control a country, land area, people or organization.
 Government is a structure by which a country, state, group or
community is governed by a single person or group of people and
it is related administration of a state or country.

LENINIST) is the ruling political party in Nepal.
 The ideology of parties in government affect business
operation in Nepal.
 Business organization in Nepal must operate within the
scope of democratic ideology and provision of
constitution.
