Bijay is the research assistant for MBA scholars and project manager for BBA and BBA-BI at Uniglobe College. He finished his MBA in finance from Pokhara University. He worked as a high school teacher and accounting assistant for 4 years at Shanti Vidya Niketan High School. He also worked as a data collector for Nepal Sikta Irrigation for the period of 6 months. He had presented a paper on "Changing paradigms of Management: A way forward to Sustainability" held by Uniglobe College.
