Overview
Most of those used to take part
in a big or a small project was
familiar with definitions that
the project is continuously
controlled by 3 time -higher
limit in terms of time, cost and
scope. Through the personal relationship, the project success
is measured by the ability to control and manage its bindings.
The PMP course with granted international certificate is
aimed at creating base for necessary skills for learners and at
the same time being well-prepared for the exam to obtain the
PMP certificate.
Additionally, the training course helps learners to attend 35
learning hours at the nominated organization to have the full
conditions to take part in the PMP exam as stipulated by PMI.

PMP | Training INFOCHIEF ACADEMY Objectives - To explain specialized terminologies and communicate for the learners to understand the basic definitions on project management - To describe purpose, inputs, outputs of process of every process groups - To circle 9 necessary project management knowledge scope and explaining the relation of process groups - To point out clear understanding about operations, tools and technologies used in project management - To equip knowledge about scope, time, cost, quality, risks, purchasing and resources . Overview Most of those used to take part in a big or a small project was familiar with definitions that the project is continuously controlled by 3 time -higher limit in terms of time, cost and scope. Through the personal relationship, the project success is measured by the ability to control and manage its bindings. The PMP course with granted international certificate is aimed at creating base for necessary skills for learners and at the same time being well-prepared for the exam to obtain the PMP certificate. Additionally, the training course helps learners to attend 35 learning hours at the nominated organization to have the full conditions to take part in the PMP exam as stipulated by PMI.
