If the team is composed of teachers who do not teach
the same courses, chose one course that most team
members have background knowledge.
Team members are to work
together to develop a
formative assessment for a
series of lessons within that
course.
5. Collect and Analyze
Implement the formative
assessment.
Collect and analyze the
data obtained through the
formative assessment.
6. Possible Interventions
Brainstorm possible
interventions that could be
implemented by individual
teachers and/or at the
team level to help improve
student performance.
