This presentation is related to Training and Development which talks about the key factors of designing a training program, the strategies which are faced by the training design managers while designing an effective training program and also the challenges which the design manager has to face on a daily basis while designing the training program.

THOSE AS A SIGN OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF GROUP EFFORT) of your group members. One
group member should take the responsibility to send me the original report by e‐mail with
attachment and (cc:) the same e‐mail to the rest of the group member’s e‐mail addresses, so I
will know that it is a group production. You have to inform me about any mitigating
circumstances ahead of the report due date, Wednesday, April 01‐‐‐ NO EXCUSES WILL BE
ACCEPTED FOR THIS TASK!!! You will receive a ‘0’ Mark if you fail to follow the guidelines and
instructions for this task. You are encouraged to ask questions to avoid any kind of confusion
and it is your own responsibility as a mature student.
You must submit a hard copy of the final report on Wednesday, April 01 within the first 15
minutes in class and also e‐mail me the soft/electronic copy of the report at
arifulghani@gmail.com on Wednesday, April 01 by 11:59 p.m., same day, just to check for your
original work. Please (cc:) the same e‐mail to other group members at the same time. I am
repeating this statement again just to show the importance!
There is a dress code for the presentation. I have discussed it several time in class ‐‐‐ dress
smart and business attire.
Each group will present their report in front of the class for 15‐20 minutes. I will select groups
by lottery and the groups will present according to their serial number, no exceptions. Each
member must present ‐‐‐ be aware that this is your final presentation and your grade for this
course heavily depends on your performance on this assigned task. You are allowed to prepare
PowerPoint Slides for this presentation or you may use note cards to present your part of the
report. However, you are not allowed to bring the whole report and just read from the
document. You will receive negative marks for doing so. You should practice, maintain eye
contact with the audience and be prepared to answer questions from the audience. Any kind of
negative attitude will result in marks deduction for each individual presentation. Your group
members should not suffer due to your individual performance or attitude. You will be
marked individually for your part of the presentation and as a group for your contribution for
the report. I will investigate about your involvement and contribution to complete the overall
task successfully. Group members who fail to do their part of the task will be marked negatively
and it will give a negative impression on your work performance to me and to your fellow
classmates.
I expect quality work from you not the quantity (i.e. more words, pages, designs, etc.). I hope
that you all will take this task seriously and try to do your best!
There is obviously no easy way of saying in advance what does an ‘A’ grade report cover. Your
report will be graded against the quality of other group reports. This is your final report for this
course and final presentation. It should cover all the main points in the body of the report.
Plus, there is a spark about the writing as well as evidence of genuine strategic insight from the
group members. Therefore, I have very high expectations!
