inverters .
IDENTIFYING ALTERNATIVES
Identify all possible course of
action .
Eg :
a.Reduce the price of inverters
b.Increase advertisement
c.Appointment sales man .
Evaluating each and every
alternatives based on positive
negative aspects .
Choosing the best from the available
alternatives .
We choose the option of appointing
salesman .
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PLAN
Best selected alternative is put into
action .
Eg : Appointing salesman .
Find out the drawbacks and
make necessary action .
Eg :If the sales do not proceed as planned , use
other alternatives also .
