HollyThomson learned several things from audience feedback on various projects:
1) Audience feedback is important to determine which parts of a project are successful and which need improvement. It provides both positive and critical feedback.
2) Feedback helped improve drafts of a poster, film review, and short film. For the poster and film review, different drafts were presented to focus groups and their feedback showed which draft was favored and suggested changes.
3) Feedback on the short film showed positive reception to certain scenes but also suggested adding captions throughout to identify who was calling or texting the main character. All feedback was considered to make the final products as strong as possible for the target audience.

The combination of the film, poster, and review were effective in providing a clear and consistent understanding for the audience. A main iconic photo featuring the three main characters was used as the background for the film poster and in the film review and ending of the film. Text colors were kept consistent as black or white to help identify the film across products. Dark colors in the film and poster indicated the drama genre while a brighter green was used in the review to reference the film title "Jade" and appeal to the target audience.

A mixture of both female and male in our focus group as our target audience includes both. All 6 individualsโ households have a high social class This shows that our potential target group would be interested in watching the short film โJadeโ and one in particular would be very interested. It shows that our pitch and narrative are popular and successful with our target group. This shows that our narrative fits our target group as they clearly understand it, whereas if it was seen as complicated towards them then it would have suggested to us that our target group was too young. This shows that all the individuals of our focus group believed that our topics within our narrative will positively have an impact on todayโs society and our audience.
