1. 6. What have you learnt about technologies from the
process of constructing this product?
photo shop: Throughout the process of creating my magazine
coursework, this is one of the main programmes I used in order
to get and make my magazine as professional as possible. This
programme is what helped me to make my images magazine
ready.
The selection tool: This is the tool I used which was the easiest
one to use to delete the background of my image. You just click
and drag on the section you want to delete then press the 'delete'
button.
The lasso tool: This came in very handy to draw around the part
of the object I wanted to delete. This enabled me to go around
the image very closely and in fine detail deleting the small parts.
The disadvantage of this tool is it takes much longer and more
concentration than the selection tool.
The magic wand tool: This was very similar to the selection
tool except from the fact you just have to click and delete
instead of dragging the cursor around an area.
The text tool: I used this to insert text to my magazine on all 3
pages. Once you click this and then move your cursor to the
page, you should be able to drag a small text box and then start
typing. This was rather simple to use also.

2. All in all, I found photoshop a very helpful programme to use
and was easy once i had the hang of it. Every time I used it, I
would gain more knowledge on how to use it.
