Currently a Program Manager with an Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) Security
Clearance with 26 years of military experience and 15 years’ experience in
program and project management. I have been recognized for directing teams
of up to 230 personnel in dynamic, rapidly changing and high-risk work
environments. I have managed programs utilizing up to 450 personnel and
millions of dollars equipment and funds in turbulent and fast-paced operations
spanning several countries. I have developed skills in leadership, strategic and
operational planning, risk management, critical thinking, asset allocation, task
management, human resource management and personnel services during the
conduct of global operation in support of missions in Iraq, Afghanistan and
other regions. I have exercised my program management skills while
overseeing the development, implementation and refinement of training
programs for new Soldiers, and managing the training and support of over 100
heavy weapon systems. I have been credited with well-developed skills in
managing human resource needs, personnel management, personnel training
and the administration of organizations after overseeing 50 – 200 personnel
teams in diverse locations. I have developed skills for managing and allocating
property and equipment in support of infrastructure and support contracts
valued in excess of $100 million dollars supporting 1800 personnel in a war-
zone while being recognized for the project management of the movement of
450 personnel and over 200 pieces of stock to the Middle East, and the
movement of 230 personnel and over 100 pieces of rolling stock across Iraq
with no loss of either nor loss of operational momentum. My preference is to
relocated to Florida or the east coast, however that is negotiable. I would like
to continue to serve in positions with capitalize on my skills and benefit the
organization. I am qualified for a veteran’ hiring preference.
