stakeholder on developing and implementing the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) and Army Materiel Command (AMC)
policies and procedures to ensure units are managing Class II, VII and IX supplies in accordance with Army Command Supply Discipline
Program (CSDP) and applicable Army Regulations pertaining to Army Maintenance Program and Supply Operations at tactical and
wholesale level. Work with other stakeholders to monitor budgetary limits and request additional funding as appropriate. On a weekly
basis analyze and report unit data to Distribution Management Center (DMC), Army Sustainment Command (ASC), AMC, and HQDA senior
staff; identify equipment shortages and facilitate determining sourcing solutions for USAREUR. Worked with Department of the Army (DA)
G-3, G-4, G-8 Staff Synchronization Officers (SSO), Program Management (PM) Offices, Program Executive Offices (PEO), Army Materiel
Command (AMC) and Life Cycle Management Commands (LCMC) to evaluate capabilities of programs to accomplish Army missions and to
ensure systems were fielded that meet Army requirements in accordance with Army priorities and the systems distribution plan. Ensured
that all fielding plans were coordinated and tracked in a manner to support Army Commands. Reviewed, analyzed and applied applicable
DA, Department of Defense (DOD) and PM/PEO guidance to ensure any proposed distribution or re-distribution of assets was in
