Albert Bandura is one of the pioneers in the study of human development. His biographical
background lays a good foundation for the basis of his work as a psychologist. His social
cognitive theory will be examined in detail to highlight the effect that environment has on behavior.

As a young graduate student, instead of spending one of his Sunday s on school work, he

If the Giants can win most of their series, they will still be able to come out of their hiccup they
are in right now and get back on top. The biggest problem facing the Giants are the two series
against the Dodgers; one in LA and the other in San Francisco. One thing that might help the
Giants come out of there is the trade acquisitions they got at the trade deadline. So far, the trades
have been somewhat of a bust and somewhat of a victory. The Giants traded INF Matt Duffy,
RHP Michael Santos, and INF Lucius Fox for LHP Matt Moore. Matt Moore is 1 3 for the
Giants in 5 starts with a 3.41 ERA. The Giants expected to get someone that could go at least
over .500, but the Giants still seem to believe in Moore because he might be a great asset going
into the postseason. If Matt Moore and Jeff Samardzija can improve towards the end of the
season, the Giants can really turn into that team that they were in the first half of the season. The
other trade that happened was the acquisition of Eduardo Nunez for LHP prospect Adalberto
Mejia. Nunez has been extremely good in San Francisco in his short time there and was a great

evidence to get a warrant for DNA sample the detective can gather evidence from objects the
suspect may have come into contact with in the interview room. When the detective interviews a
suspect they will give the suspect a glass of water hoping that the suspect will drink out of it and
the detective can then send that glass to the forensics and get the DNA tested that is on the glass
and see if it is a match to the crime. Other methods detectives will use is asking the suspect to lick
an envelope closed or offer the suspect a cigarette and get the DNA of the cigarette butt. This
method of obtaining DNA will stand in court because they did not obtain the DNA
