automatic solar tracker using microcontroller. We have effectively used
photoresistor or light dependent resistor as the sensor of solar tracker and the
stepper motor for the movement of solar panel. More energy is produced in solar

Rhetorical Situation Riquelme uses ethos effectively and establishes his credibility
by presenting the readers with evidence to back up his claims. Throughout the article,
the author refers to Wilde s novel The Picture of Dorian Gray, in which Wilde
criticizes Pater s literary works and asserts the notion of beauty in the Gothic. In one
instance, Riquelme recounts an event in chapter 1 when Lord Henry Wotton catches
a glimpse of the fantastic shadows of birds in flight and laburnum blossoms whose
tremulous branches seemed hardly able to bear the burden of a beauty so flame like
as theirs (140). The contrast in connotation within the phrase fantastic shadows
explores the effects of light and darkness. In conjunction, laburnum blossoms used
against tremulous branches visually depicts the notion of beauty within destruction.

In the poem The Secretary Chant, the poet, Marge Piercy, uses figurative language
to develop the argument of how society has produced a stereotype that women
should be secretaries, because being a secretary is not always the ideal job because
just like every other jobs, there may be emotional conflicts. The way Piercy uses
comprehensive imagery about the speakers body and figurative language to depict a
womans perspective of being a secretary interested me. Aftering reading the poem
thoroughly, each imagery and figurative language conveys how women are
stereotyped to be secretaries and why it is not always the ultimate jobs for women.
