While Iam performingmydutiesasa LeadOperator,I wouldalsodolab techdutiesandat certaintimes
if my subordinates should go to break I would continue what work was left behind. I have also been
involved,trained,andcapable andatsome point acted and performed scheduling duties. In addition, I
have been involved of several improvement projects.
Drive for Results
I always thrive for efficiency. I would always push task and objectives forward despite obstacle that I
could encounter. I do not give up that easily. As a Tech 4 I engage my capacity in having a sense of
urgency for solving problems and getting work done in the most efficient manner.
Integrity & Trust
I value honestyoverresults. I actively participate in building a culture based on solid business ethics. I
take ethical and legal risks seriously. With this being said, I always rely on performance and
communications systems in place so I could minimize company's vulnerability. I am Proactive in
rewarding positive behavior and deters questionable, or borderline ethical behavior that is not in the
company's long-term interests.
Customer Focus
I always set appropriate service standards and develop mechanisms for ongoing evaluation of service
effectiveness.If possible Iwouldwanttomeetfrontline people todiscusshow tobe more supportive of
their efforts with customers.
Decision Quality
Decisions I make are based on principles emanating from key metrics, mixture of analysis, wisdom,
experience and judgment. I would merge those points and try to brainstorm for creative solutions if
needed.Iwouldconsultwithotherstogetfresh perspectives and new data points; I then seek out and
integrate divergentviewstomake a balanced and intelligent decisions. In every decision that I make, I
alwaysconsiderandtake the full extentof responsibilityof it. I act quickly and decisively when needed
but maintain prudence. I Take accountability for branch performance and I would try to correct
problems without blaming others.
Personal Accountability
Whenthe leadershiprole wasbeingplaceduntomyshoulders, I taught myself to be the person willing
to answer, for the outcomes resulting from choices, behaviors, and actions. Last 2 years ago, I was
appointedas"ActingLead" in my shift. Back then I was still learning the curves, but it was challenging.
Most of the time due to limitedmanpowerIwasable to take ownership of equipment’s on my cell and
run, manage,the entire pre-viral equipment,processandsubordinatemanagementaswell asallocation
of manpower, ensuring lot fulfillment from 9 to 10 runs a week.
