This document contains templates for peer and self-assessment of project work. The peer assessment template lists the names of four partners being evaluated and has a maximum points field of 90 points for each. The autonomous work assessment provides descriptors to evaluate skills like planning, using learning strategies, developing critical thinking, confidence, and time management. Ratings are on a 1-10 scale. The cooperative work assessment similarly provides descriptors to evaluate skills like collecting and sharing information, responsibility, listening/participating, cooperation, and decision making. Ratings are also on a 1-10 scale.
