Product Manager for Enterprise Mobile Systems utilizing Good for Enterprise, Good
Mobile Control, and Good Mobile Service Manager software managing over 3000 devices.
This service manages Apple, Android and Windows Smart devices. Responsible for
testing all client software on the Smart Phones/Devices and providing resolution when
problems or issues arise. I create the server specifications and network deployment plans
for all Good for Enterprise (GFE) servers and I am responsible for all upgrades and
management of the servers, and user devices associated to the Good server Enclave. I
monitor the servers and perform maintenance, load balancing of users to maintain the
server farm. If Threats emerge and venders release updates, I evaluate and recommend
security fixes to IPSEC. I am responsible for third level support escalations and
troubleshooting user issues for Good software products.
Server administrator of Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES); manage user
creation/deletion, troubleshooting (users and server) issues and apply updates. EVDO
Network Software engineer. Liaison for engineers from the carriers tasked with
troubleshooting. Utilize the Verizon VZ-Access manager to package security updates and
deploy them to users Via Radia deployment software.
Product Infrastructure Manager for BOXTONE, BES, and Good server software. I
recommendand create Gold Images for the servers to be built or deployed in the corporate
