Bridgeview Bank Group's Patriot's Charity Initiative has partnered with The Mission Continues to support veterans. The Mission Continues empowers veterans to continue serving their country through community service after leaving active duty. It provides post-9/11 veterans with a living stipend and training through its Fellowship program, allowing veterans to volunteer 520 hours over 26 weeks with a nonprofit of their choice to help transition to civilian life.

BBMC Mortgage, have maintained an ongoing commitment to Chicago-area residents not only
by providing personalized banking services, but also by actively giving back to the community. To
recognize veterans and their contributions to the nation, BBMC Mortgage's Patriot’s Charity
Initiative has partnered with The Mission Continues.

Founded in 2007 by CEO Eric Greitens, a Navy SEAL, The Mission Continues empowers veterans
by providing them with the means to continue serving their country outside of active duty. The
organization's flagship Fellowship program features an innovative means to support post-9/11
veterans while engaging them with the local communityand providing the skills and resources to
transition to civilian life.

4. Patriot’s Charity Initiative Feature: The
Mission Continues
The Fellowship provides a living stipend and an organized training session, to enable veterans to
give back to the community by contributing a total of 520 volunteer hours over the course of 26
weeks. Veterans are given the freedom to select which nonprofit they would like to serve.
