This document outlines a patient prescription management system project. It lists the project supervisor and team members. It describes problems with the current paper-based system like confusion of data and lack of patient history records. The goals of the project are to computerize prescriptions and connect pharmacies, doctors, and labs to create an electronic patient record system. The proposed solution is an online prescription app with a website database and mobile interfaces for doctors and patients. The app will allow viewing of a patient's medical history and management of prescriptions electronically.

• a-The more paper the more complexity .
• b-The confusion on data.
• c- There is no way to look into the history of the patient.
• d- The bad hand writing may cause side effects .
• e- wrong medicine may cause death.
• f- dis connectivity between (pharmacies ,doctors , labs, scan centers ).

5. The goal
• Is to computerize the prescription and connect the pharmacies and the labs
to the system to make it all computerize.
• To make a database system which contains the history of the patient’s illness.
• To make it easy to doctors to check and diagnose correctly .

6. The idea
• It’s an online automated prescription and patient history app .
• The project contains a mobile app and a web site connecting together.
• The website has the database and the QR code generator.
• The mobile app is used by the doctor and the patient:
• For the patient :
• The patient use the app to show his history of illness which contains medicines and the tests and results (lab
tests, ray tests).
• For the doctor:
• The doctor creates his prescription which contains (the medicines, the tests needs and notes the doctor
need) and can see the history of the patient.
