 Manufacturing units and headquarters are located in the industrial
area of Haridwar while the registered office is located at Delhi.
 The company manufactures mineral and herbal products.

 The company offers ayurvedic products for the treatment of cancer, AIDS,
diabetes, arthritis, thyroid, and more. It provides its products through
distributors, mega-stores, and chikitsalayas.
 Units of Patanjali Ayurved Limited:
1) Already 12 successful units running including units for Packaging material
and Containers e.g. flour mill, candy plant, herbal cosmetic and detergent
plants, digestives unit, juice plant etc.
2) Co-packing facility-Tetra Pak and Volpack
3) Multi-fruit juice processing line
4) Neutraceutical Processing Line
5) Sale Outlets: Patanjali brand with national and international reach, more
than 85,000 retail outlets-accessible to Patanjali products
 Employment Generation:
1) Currently PAL employs more than 6000 labourers in its processing
activities.
2) More than 400 Sales Staff.
3) PAL has more than 300 technically qualified employees.
4) PAL has provided more than 2.00 Lac indirect employment.
5) The Company started doing its business for the benefit of mankind for the
last 4-5 years and we are very much excited to see responses of the people
worldwide.
BACKGROUND
 the Infinite Cosmic Serpent- Adi Shesha, upon whom Lord Vishnu rests, is
considered to be the compiler of the Yoga Sutras.
 It is believed that Maharishi Patanjali was the avatar of Adi Shesha.
 Patanjali, the father of Yoga, came to this earth to give this knowledge of
yoga which came to be known as the yoga sutras.
 Yoga Sutras are considered to serve as the basis of the yogic techniques.
 It is compiled of 195 sutras, which serve as a framework for integrating
Yoga into the daily routine and leading an ethical life.
 The Yoga Sutras codifies the yoga practices as a eight-limbed system
(ashtanga), namely yama, niyama, asana, pranayam, pratihar, dharna, dhyan,
samadhi.
 Seeing the great benefits of Yoga, very reknowned yog-guru Swami
Ramdev took the initiative to bring awareness and interest in people for
Yoga and popularize it among the common masses.
 He has founded the Patanjali Yogpeeth Trust in Haridwar, an institution
that does research in the healing powers of yoga and Ayurveda.
 Also in 2006, a company named PATANJALI AYURVED LIMITED was
founded by him and other to manufacture, process, refine, formulate, import,
export and deal in all kinds of Ayurvedic and herbal Products, Life Savings
Drugs etc. apart from so many other related objects.
 The concept for forming this Company was to “link the rising destiny of
millions of rural masses on the one hand and many more suffering and
leading unhealthy urban life style on the other”.
Aim
 A holistic approach of the company is to provide:
1. Superior quality of products at a fair price
2. patients rid of their diseases like Diabetes, Arthritis and Thyroid etc.
3. fight out the dreaded and incurable diseases like CANCER and AIDS.
4. improve the quality of life of all beings
5. Getting rid the food we consume of the pollutants (in the form of poisonous
pesticides and chemical fertilizers).

BACKGROUND  the Infinite Cosmic Serpent- Adi Shesha, upon whom Lord Vishnu rests, is considered to be the compiler of the Yoga Sutras.  It is believed that Maharishi Patanjali was the avatar of Adi Shesha.  Patanjali, the father of Yoga, came to this earth to give this knowledge of yoga which came to be known as the yoga sutras.  Yoga Sutras are considered to serve as the basis of the yogic techniques.  It is compiled of 195 sutras, which serve as a framework for integrating Yoga into the daily routine and leading an ethical life.  The Yoga Sutras codifies the yoga practices as a eight-limbed system (ashtanga), namely yama, niyama, asana, pranayam, pratihar, dharna, dhyan, samadhi.
