Developed in-house product and service offering as a front-end mail service to filter all incoming emails
before they ever reach client internal mail services.
Over thirteen (13) years in operation and servicing over one hundred (100) clients over that time period not
one virus has ever been allowed through to a clients internal mail server.
The systems are continuously monitored, updated, and are Certified by the ICSA to detect and block 100% of
viruses and worms ‘in the wild’.

Integrated Combat Systems –
subsidiary of Orbit International

ICS, (a subsidiary of Orbit International), is an 8(a) SDVO DOD contractor that has outsourced their
entire Information Technology support to Network Advocates. This includes
• Management of internal hardware and software resources
• Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, ShopTech (used for manufacturing)
• Federal client-facing and internal Sharepoint management and site development
• WAN communications support including telecom contract management, security and connectivity.

Hayes Automotive Group

Hayes Automotive Group, a large car dealership with multiple locations in multiple cities engaged with
Network Advocates to provide both VirusGard email support and to be their IT network management and
support solutions provider. Network Advocates stabilized their network for 99.999% WAN uptime
through design, implementation of a universal network schema followed by continued management of
their network infrastructure. This provided Hayes with the following:
• Reliable connectivity to their dealership applications, information and data servers from the body and
service shops
• Access to the applications, information and data servers from all satellite locations
• Secure high-speed WAN connections at each location through secure IPSec VPN tunnels
• Protected the company through content filtering with implementation of new firewall infrastructure
• Provide operational monitoring and 24x7 second and third tier technical support

Kentucky Association of Electric
Cooperatives

Network Advocates has a 10 year relationship with KAEC which consists for 26 power distribution
cooperatives and two generation and transmission cooperatives. Network Advocates has provided both
VirusGard email protection and general IT network management support solutions. This includes
support for such platforms as AS-400’s as well as Windows based servers, and Apple MAC support.
Software development was limited to web-site development, SQL server-side scripting and RPG reports.
Currently engaged with client to upgrade their network infrastructure, moving them to cloud-based
servers and a Tier-3 data center for greater reliability and disaster recovery.

Enova Premier, LLC

Enova Premier is a large multi-location manufacturer serving the automotive industry. They
engaged Network Advocates to solve operational and functional LAN and WAN reliability issues
that were costing the company millions in revenue. Network Advocates designed and
implemented a secure WAN architecture using IPSec VPN tunnels over high-speed Internet
WAN solution with automatic fail-over to secondary carriers and firewall/routers that has provided
Enova with 99.999% uptime in over three (3) years of operation.
Enova has engaged Network Advocates to design and implement a high-availability LAN
architecture with the same 99.999% uptime requirements. One site has already been
implemented with fail-over virtualized servers duplicated LAN switches and 15-minute interval
incremental real-time backup as well as environmentally controlled locked data cabinets at their
plants. Other sites are in development.

Semonin Realtors

Network Advocates was contracted by Semonin to redesign and update their training room.
Network Advocates designed, procured and installed a state-of-the-art, multimedia audio/visual
environment that provided an interactive collaboration and visualization architecture for a highly
interactive and rich-media training platform.
Semonin also contracted to Network Advocates to design a cellular wireless solution for their
agents so that they would be able to use cellular technology inside a LEEDS certified building.
This solution was implemented with nearly 100% coverage inside all spaces of the office.

Network Advocates consultants developed and executed an initial environmental scan of client’s
business and IT operations. The purpose of the scan was to document key services of functional
units, service level agreements and performance metrics. NAI consultants also assessed client’s
documented policies and procedures and developed and executed improvement plans aimed at
identifying areas of immediate attention with respect to Risk Management.
