The Digital Leaders South East team met at Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford to discuss digitally transforming organizations and developing people for the digital age. Scott Fisher from Aston Martin and Paul Jenkins from TM Recruit led discussions. Key learnings included how Aston Martin maintained its heritage while evolving its digital DNA and focusing on personalized customer experiences. TM Recruit discussed its "5Cs" of recruitment and how compensation is not the key differentiator for recruiting digital talent. The discussion then moved to how organizations can build the right platform to accelerate their digital DNA, incorporating vision, values, competencies, innovation time, and understanding supplier DNA.
