SOP BUNTUT
 In the past, oxtail soup was a
special dish for ethnic South
Americans which was popular
before the revolutionary war,
namely soup with thick and
delicious soup. Popular also in
Great Britain in the 18th century
ago.
 In Indonesia, there is something
that is very well known, namely the
Creole oxtail soup which contains
cow tail, tomatoes, potatoes,
carrots, corn, garlic, and spices.
 Oxtail soup is already well-known
as one of the must-try Indonesian
culinary lists. It has a taste of
spices that is different from other
countries, considering that
Indonesia is the largest storehouse
NASI CAMPUR BALI
 Nasi Campur Bali, is a dish that
generally consists of a composition;
lilit satay, betutu or shredded
chicken, jukut urap, lawar, anchovies,
and sambal matah.
 Nasi Campur Bali, there is also
harmony in the treat, but there is a
sensation and taste that is firmer or
more sigrak because it uses "Base
Genep" or Bumbu Genep which
generally consists of; ginger,
turmeric, galangal, kencur,
lemongrass, hazelnut, pepper, bay
leaves, red and white onions,
cayenne pepper, large chilies, lime
leaves.
 Base Genep has a philosophical and
spiritual meaning also in Balinese
BEBEK SAMBAL HIJAU
 Duck with Green chili sauce or
famously known as ITIAK LADO
MUDO is a famous dish from
Bukittinggi. Super soft duck meat
wrapped in delicious spicy green
chili seasoning. This green chili
sauce duck has been around since
the Dutch era and is a traditional
food for hundreds of years.
Precisely when the Dutch colonized
Indonesia.
 The lado mudo itiak is always
served by the Minangkabau people
during the rice field harvesting
event.
NASI GORENG
 Hanzi, that's how fried rice is called in
its place of origin, China. Starting from
Chinese people who are not used to
throwing away the leftover rice for
breakfast or dinner, finally every time
there is food left, they decide to fry it.
 With the aim that the food is not thrown
away but still edible and delicious and
warm when consumed because some
Chinese people also do not like to eat
cold food. Then from there came a
habit of frying rice by adding a few
spices to the table.
 Fried rice then spread to Indonesia
brought by Chinese immigrants who
settled and created typical Indonesian
fried rice which was based on
differences in spices and frying
methods and made it to Indonesian
National food.
