  • mind you that the zong (zi) is not made from bamboo leave, its not edible. Zong is made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo leaves. The leave only gives the Zong a unique smell favorite..

Characteristics of the Chinese • Something that characterizes Chinese food, especially in their most popular dishes in the world is the use of two classic products in your region: first the rice in several of its forms, from mass to the classic rice as an accompaniment, and vegetables, an element that brings energy to the human body many vitamins.
  3. 3. Recommended places • Canton is perhaps one of the most famous in culinary terms. Its climate creates a favorable place to grow everything. The thing provides a wide variety of seafood, and the trees are full of fruit. Cooking methods and recipes are sophisticated and varied
