The short grain brown and wild rice can also be
used and is usually cooled down before placing it

triangular cone shape also known as Cone sushi.
 Narezushi- It is a traditional form of fermented sushi-
prepared with skinned fish stuffed with salt and kept in a
wooden barrel, soaked with salt again.
