They say Culture eats Strategy for breakfast. This is true because the biggest leadership challenge to improving an organisation's internal environment is culture. Without a supportive culture even the most brilliant strategy will not get implemented successfully. Without cultural allignment to changing landscape, at best you will get compliance and with it stress, dysfunctional waste and entropy.
Some companies, despite being successful, are still building their corporate infrastructure. Having recently embedded a new performance management structure in an already highly successful company, we are sharing the considerations for embarking on this journey in this introductory paper.
Developing vision, mission, shared values, motto, objectives, critical success factors, Key Performance Indicators, as well as using veritable tools for scanning the environment in order to craft effective strategy while evolving workable strategic road map
Enterprise Performance Management System or ePMS or e-PMSMangipudi Rao
The presentation talks about the e-Performance Management or enterprise performance management, how does it get evaluated till date, the factors that contribute to ePMS, some case studies, and finally how to design OKRs (that is Objectives, Key Results).

21. Role of the important factors of an
organization for its effectiveness
CEO-Ceo has to make sure that there are strong systems in
place to support the work of an organization and these
systems can help in achieving goals.
The Manager-Subordinate Manager Relationship. The
manager is a conduit between the executives and the
subordinate managers. His/her job is to translate the goals
from the CEO to the managers and delegate
responsibilities accordingly. Done effectively, this ensures a
smooth line of communication and clarity between goals
and activities. Done ineffectively, this creates a wide gap
that threatens the outputs.
22. Contd….
The Manager. The manager is responsible for the
completion of tasks that will accomplish the goals.
Some of this work is individual output, but the major
part of the work is figuring out how best to delegate
work and to manage your people as they do their part
of the work. The manager’s capability, competence,
motivation, and ability to engage his or her team are
crucial.

ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS
Be clear about the organization’s goals . So, that it
helps the employees to understand their role in
achieving them.
Create a culture of fairness, honesty and transparency
Create opportunities for employee feedback and
participation.
24. Contd…….
Make managers accountable for the result of their
subordinates.
Ensure that the organization ha the right number of
levels of work.
Give employees sufficient authority to undertake their
responsibilities.
