7. Outlook Scheduler
• Setup and appointment from the calendar view in Outlook
• Fill in the meeting info
• Subject, location, start and end times
• Click on Invite Attendees
• Fill in the “To” and add any additional information in the body (agenda,
files, etc.)
• Click Send
• You attendees can press Accept to attend, tentative, or decline
8. Advantages
• You know who is attending the meeting.
• You can see who has responded and who needs to be reminded.
• Once they accept, the appointment automatically is added to their
Outlook calendar.
• If you have set a reminder in the appointment, participants will get
the reminder through Outlook.
